Fitting instructions

ATTENTION! BRUSH EXCESS HAIR ASIDE AND REMOVE ANY EAR JEWELLERY

OR SPECTACLES THAT MAY AFFECT ACOUSTIC SEAL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO

FIT THE EAR MUFFS.

Pull the Ear Muffs apart and place over the ears so that the speakers with ear pads  9

completely seal around the ears .

For optimum noise reduction the Ear Muffs should form a snug fit around the head .

Slide the Ear Muffs up or down to find the position where they completely cover your ears .

When properly installed and adjusted, the Ear Muffs should not touch any headgear shell or

visor surround .

Check the seal of the Ear Muff cushions around the temples of your eyeglasses . If you don’t get

a good seal around your glasses, you may get less protection from noise .

Check the fit by talking out loud . Your voice should sound hollow, like you are talking in a

barrel . The noises around you should not sound as loud as they did before you put the Ear

Muffs on .

The wearer should ensure:

The Ear Muffs are fitted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s

instructions .

The Ear Muffs are worn at all times in noisy surroundings .

The Ear Muffs are regularly inspected for serviceability .

minutes . The Ear Muffs will switch off if they do not detect a Bluetooth

®

 device to connect to

and the acoustic signal will sound .

Now connect your communication device (mobile phone or computer) via Bluetooth

®
