operations different from those intended
could result in a hazardous situation.

Have your power tool serviced
by a qualified repair person us
-
ing only identical replacement
parts.
This will ensure that the safety
of the power tool is maintained.
Additional safety
instructions
a) If possible, connect the device only to
a socket with a residual current circuit
breaker (RCCB) with a tripping current
of not more than 30 mA.
b) If replacement of the connecting ca-
ble becomes necessary, this is to be
carried out by the manufacturer or its
agent in order to avoid safety risks.
c) Hold the electric tool only by the in-
sulated gripping surfaces, as the saw
chain may come into contact with con-
cealed power lines. Contact with a live
wire can also cause a charge in metal
parts of the appliance and result in an
electric shock.
d) Carefully inspect the surface to be cut,
and remove all wires and other foreign
bodies.
e) Check the appliance before each use
for obvious defects such as loose,
worn or damaged parts. Check the
appliance for significant damage or
defects if it is dropped.
f) Keep the cable away from the cutting
area. The cable may be covered by
vegetation during work and acciden-
tally be severed.
g)
Keep all body parts away from
the blade. Do not attempt to re-
move clippings or to hold onto
material to be cut when the
blade is running. Only remove
jammed trimmings when the
device is shut off. Remove the
plug from the mains socket.
A
