♦ Insert one or two battery packs into the dual high-speed charger .
♦ Plug the mains plug into the mains power socket . The respective charge
control LED lights up red .
♦ The respective green charge control LED indicates that charging is
complete and the battery pack is ready for use .
♦ You should always switch the dual high-speed charger off for at least
15 minutes between successive charging processes . Also disconnect the
power plug from the mains power socket .
Cleaning
CAUTION!
► Always unplug the charger before cleaning it .
► Do not clean the charger with water .
■ Clean the appliance with a dry or slightly moistened cloth .
Maintenance and storage
■ If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended period, remove
the batteries and store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight .
■ If a lithium-ion battery is going to be put into storage for an extended pe-
riod, the charge level should be checked at regular intervals . The optimum
charge level is between 50% and 80% . The optimum storage environment
is cool and dry .
■ Never try to repair damaged batteries.
Batteries should only be maintained by the manufacturer or an approved
customer service centre .
