Switching on/off
By using the on/off switch (13) you can pro-
gressively control the speed. The longer you
push the on-off button, the higher the speed.
1. Press the on/off switch (13) to start the
device. The LED work light (10) lights
up during operation.
2. To turn it off, release the on/off switch
(13). When you move the direction
switch (12) to the middle position,
the device is secured against being
switched on.
During breaks in work, the device
can be hung from a belt, using the
integral metal clip (11). Take care
to ensure that the device is switched
off and secured against accidental
activation.
The metal clip is also suitable for
opening bottles with bottle caps.

Carpenter’s pencil
Cutter knife
Press the release (22.1) on the cutter blade
(22) to be able to pull out the insert with
the spare blades.
Measuring tape
Push the locking slider (25.1) forward to
fix the pulled out measuring tape. Release
the fixation by pulling back the locking
slider (25.1).
Press and hold one of the locking buttons
(25.2) to temporarily fix the pulled-out
measuring tape.
With the clip (25.3), on the back, you can
attach the measuring tape to your belt.
Centre punch
With the centre punch (26) you can give a
drill an initial guide at a fixed position to
prevent the drill from running when starting
to drill.
You can also use the centre punch to mark
workpieces.
Place the centre punch with the tip at the
desired position and hit the back of the
centre punch with a hammer (not inclu-
ded).
Cleaning and
maintenance

in this manual. Only use OEM
parts. Risk of injury!
Turn off the appliance and, before
doing any servicing, remove the
battery.
The following cleaning and servicing
should be done regularly. This will ensure
a long and reliable service life.
Cleaning
Do not spray the appliance
with water and do not im-
merse it in water. Electric
shock hazard!
• Keep clean the ventilation slots, motor
housing and handles of the appliance.
Use a damp cloth or a brush.
