9.3 REAR CAMERA
The rear camera is designed to record and also assist with reversing by showing the rear view from
the vehicle bumper and thus reducing blind spots. When installed correctly, the rear camera will
activate when the vehicle's reverse gear is engaged, and the rear camera's feed will be displayed
on screen. When the vehicle's reverse gear is disengaged, the rear camera will still continue to
record the rear camera view.
NOTE:
• The rear camera is a visual aid to assist the driver to see what is behind the vehicle. It does not
remove the responsibility of the driver to drive the vehicle properly.
• To ensure correct operation, it is highly recommended that the rear camera be professionally
installed.
