Model 424 Tube Bender/Maintenance and Parts List

Bender Maintenance

All parts should be kept clean and free from dirt and 
grit. Slide block and radius blocks should be handled 
carefully to avoid damaging the smooth grooved surfac-
es. Presence of nicks, burrs, pieces of dirt or chips may 
mar the surface of the tube and thereby weaken it.
All threaded parts should be cleaned and slightly 
greased occasionally to keep them in good working 
condition. This equipment will operate efficiently for a 
long period of time and will bend to exact tolerances  
repeatedly if these precautions are heeded.
