Series GL
Plus compressed air
filters
Filters of the GL Plus series represent the
current state of research and development
in filtration technology. Due to a wide spec-
trum of available element types, they are
very versatile:
Filters with series
ZL Plus
and
XL Plus
element types are used to separate particles
with sizes of 3 μm, 1 μm or 0.01 μm and
come with a float drain as standard.
Filters with series
AP
element type are used
for adsorptive removal of gaseous organic
substances and come with a manual drain
as standard.
The high manufacturing quality of the used
elements, the use of cutting edge filtration
media and an optimised flow distribution
inside the elements ensure a low back
pressure and consequently low operating
costs. Since back pressure and filtration
performance were validated by independ-
ent measurements, the performance can be
warranted for the entire service life of the
elements. Filters of the GL Plus series are
particularly fail-proof and compact. They
offer the highest ease of operation and
maintenance in spite of their compactness.
Scope of delivery
The filters are supplied in a ready to operate
condition and can be installed directly into
the pipe system. Filters of the
OA
variant
come without screw plug and cannot be
operated without mounted accessories.
Accessories that were ordered but are not
described here come in separate pack-
ages und must be installed according to the
respectively enclosed instructions.
