Lubricate (and install if applicable) the shafts four o-rings 
with grease. Aligning the covers screw holes with the 
holes in the body, slide the assembly into the body until 
the cover is flush. Using a 5/32” hex wrench, install and 
tighten the three cover screws using the input torque from 
the torque chart.  
 
If applicable, for the 6-Port version reinstall the cap. 
Lubricate the face seal o-ring with mineral oil or grease.  
override bore can be fully opened by removing the cap. 
Using a 5/32” hex wrench, install and tighten the four cap 
screws using the input torque from the torque chart. 
 

To reassemble the incorporated valve operators: 
 

Note: Before reassembly ensure the manual override 
handle is in the “AUTO” position. 
 
Note: Refer to the exploded view drawing. 
 
Install the guide in the valve operator cavity. Ensure the 
sleeve portion of the guide is facing out of the body. 
Lubricate (and install if applicable) the adapters o-ring 
with mineral oil or grease. Screw the adapter into the body 
using the input torque from the torque chart. Install the 
plunger into the body, ensure the plungers seal is within 
the guides sleeve. Install the return spring onto the 
plunger. Lubricate (and install if applicable) the sleeves o-
ring with mineral oil or grease. Slide the sleeve over the 
plunger and return spring, screwing it into the adapter 
using the input torque from the torque chart. 
 

To reinstall the coil assembly: 

 
Note: Refer to the exploded view drawing. 
 
Insert the coil into the U-shaped metal yoke. Slide the coil 
and yoke assembly over the sleeve.  Rotate the coil 
assembly to the desired orientation. Affix the washer and 
retaining nut to the sleeve and tighten per the  torque 
chart.
