TROUBLE SHOOTING
WARNING:
Turn off the fireplace completely and let cool
before servicing.
No warm air is coming
out of the heater. Heat
doesn't turn on when it
is set to Low setting.
Fireplace turns off and will
not turn on
Fireplace will not come
on when switch is flipped
to ON
Remote control does not
work
1. Room temperature is
higher than the heater
setting (if it is set to LO or
MED)
1. Fireplace has
overheated and safety
device has caused the
thermal switch to
disconnect

plugged into an electrical

1. Unplug the unit,
allow heater to cool for
10 minutes, then plug it
back in
