ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE  

 

 

 

 

WARNING

 

 

 

Be careful when handling parts for assembling the trolley. There is a risk of 
injury due to falling parts or getting parts of the body caught in the parts.

 

 

 

After assembly, be sure to check that there is no rattling and that all

 

screws are properly tightened. There is a risk of injury due to falling over, 
or the trolley could be damaged or deformed.

 

 

 Assembling the Trolley

 

 

 

When assembling the trolley, place a cardboard box or similar protective material on a level 

floor.

 

 

Do not use cap bolts other than those included with the product.

Supportive bar 

 

Refer  to  the  figure  on  the  left  to  place  the 

supportive bar with the bolt attachment hole 
upward.

As shown in the figure, hook the notched part of the 

attachment  bracket  of  the  upper  tray  (with  safety 
label)  to  the  protrusion  of  the  supportive  bar  and 
align the position of the attachment bracket holes of 
the  upper  tray  against  the  bolt  attachment  holes, 
then use the cap bolts to fix temporarily in place. (2 
locations)

 

 

 

Attach the upper tray (with safety 

label) in such a way that it comes to 
the top (the grip side) of the 
supportive bar.

 

 

 
 

 

In the same way as  

, use the cap bolts to fix the 

bottom tray temporarily. (2 locations)

Place the other supportive bar on the upper and 

bottom  trays  with  the  bolt  attachment  holes 
downward and in the same way as         , hook the 
protrusion of the supportive bar to the notched part 
of the attachment bracket of the upper and bottom 
trays,  then  align  the  position  of  the  attachment 
bracket holes of the upper and bottom trays

 

against the bolt attachment holes and use the cap 
bolts to fix temporarily in place. (4 locations)
