Warranty for assembly
Instructions for awning installation as well as the exclusion of warranty in case of installation on unsuita -
ble ground and in case of improper installation:
The awning can be mounted basically in one way:
• Mounting the cassette to a wall and mounting the base plate to a floor
This basic mounting method can be considered as direct- or at least close to a solid structure, which is able to protect
the awnings also against strong wind and/or bad weather.
We assume the legal warranty for any defects of our awnings only for awnings that have been professionally installed
on the aforementioned base.
The DIN EN 13561 standard applies.
We expressly exclude the legal warranty for awnings that have not been mounted on the specified substrate, e.g. on
wooden or steel structures, fences, etc., in a manner different from that described above.
We also expressly exclude the legal warranty for awnings that have not been installed properly and professionally.
Preparation
1. Remove the awning and mounting material from the package.
2. When unpacking, make sure that components are under tension and can unfold if necessary.
3. Check the package contents for completeness and damage.

Store the awning on a stable surface (mounting trestles, workbench, floor if necessary).

Remove all transport locks.

Put all the necessary tools and the complete assembly material ready.

Make sure that the wall to which the awning is to be attached is suitable for mounting.
• the manufacturer does not provide any warranty for too weak or damaged mounting substrate.

Never change anything in the construction of the awning.

To install the awning, depending on the size, at least 2 people are required.
From a width of 500 cm, we recommend 4 people for the assembly of the awning.
The required assembly time of the awning is at least 2 hours.
