If you notice something out of the ordinary, please contact our support at
[email protected]

Often, we can give you simple, guided instructions on how to fix smaller
problems yourself. However, there might be cases where we would need
you to send your camera to us, so we can have a look and fix it here.

Check your camera in advance of your next dive!

What should I do if I notice something is not working?

Before your next dive

IMPORTANT: Don’t open up your camera and try to fix it
yourself without guidance from our support team. Unguided
maintenance can lead to broken parts, which can further
lead to the camera flooding on your next trip.
