4. Operation

Safety Sides

To lower the side:

Hold the top rail towards the middle, (1) pull up and (2) swing outward whilst slowly lowering down(3) 
in a controlled manner.

Safety Side Operation

To raise the side:

Hold the top rail towards the middle, swing outwards and raise to a vertical position and make sure 
that both pivot posts drop back inside pivot mount slots (4).

CAUTION 

Do NOT use the safety sides to lift or move the couch

WARNING

Other manufacturer’s safety sides are incompatible with the  

Acero Electric Couch range.

Ensure patient’s limbs are free from entrapment during
