FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
The keypad and screens on all EC72 Series controls are identical. On
the EC72, however, the screen is located above the keypad, while on
the EC72D, the screen is located to the left of the keypad.

Time/Date Indicator — displays hours and minutes in 24-
hour format (e.g., 00:00=midnight, 12:00=noon,
23:00=11:00 PM) or month and date for current day or an
event being programmed or reviewed (101=January 1).
Day of Week Indicator — displays current day of week or
day being programmed or reviewed (Sunday=1, Monday=2,
Tuesday=3, Wednesday=4, Thursday=5, Friday=6,
Saturday=7, Holiday=8, Daily=0).
Channel Indicators — bar(s) appear when channel(s)
C1/C2 are energized.

Mode Keys — PRG, CLK, HOL, RUN — used to select
mode of operation.

Number/Day Keys — used to program time, day, month,
date and year.

Clear Key — must be used to clear an old entry before a
new one can be entered; also used to clear errors.

ON/OFF Keys — used to select an ON or OFF event.

Channel Keys — used to select Channel 1 or 2 (C1/C2) for
programming or review; also used to initiate manual override.

Enter Key — used to enter a new event or to review
program.
