Error Control Negotiate Buffer
This command will control whether or not the modem
buffers (saves into a temporary waiting area) the data
that it received from the remote modem during an
interval in which the modem attempts to establish a
connection using V.42 or MNP error control. Online
changes to this option do not take effect until a
disconnect occurs.

\C1 Enable

CTS Control
This command controls the Clear-to-Send (CTS)
signal sent to the computer.
\D0 Forced ON.
\D1 Follows standard RS-232 operation.
\D2 Wink when disconnected.
\D3 Follows state of DTR signal.

This command controls XON/XOFF flow control.
