Griddle Setup
Complete the griddle setup with these steps:
1.
Pull the drip pan out slightly and remove the protective covers from each side (Figure 15)

If an inspection sticker is attached on the inside of the griddle, remove and discard

3.
Connect the LED light electrical cable to the power supply:

a.
Align the griddle plug with the power supply holes (Figure 17 left)
b.
Insert the plug until it is fully seated (Figure 17 center)
c.
Slide the gnarled locking nut to the threads and hand-tighten until it stops; do not force
4.
Plug in the LED light power supply and test the lights: press the light button to turn on the control
knob lights; press again to turn them off (Figure 18)
