•   Attach  both 2 X 16-1/2” PLATES (18) to the bushing on the BACK PAD SUPPORT (14) using one 1/2 X 3-1/2” BOLT (43) and

one 1/2” LOCKNUT (49). 

(NOTE: Securely tighten, then back nut off 1/4 turn to allow the 2 X 16-1/2” PLATES (18) to rotate

freely.)

•   Attach WOLFF SLEEVE (2) to the BACK PAD SUPPORT (14) using one 1/2 X 3-1/2” BOLT (43) and one 1/2” 

LOW HEIGHT

LOCKNUT (50).
