The warranty is valid only under normal use for which the
unit is intended.It will not apply to any unit subject to
improper use,negligence or modification.The pump should
be maintained in accordance with the Instructions in the
manual.The motor is factory sealed.Any kinds of modification
will void warranty.

Q: How long does the pump motor last?
A：This product use a high quality pump motor.Under normal use ,
it can last for 2000 hours(2years) or above.The product warranty
coverage is one year.Anyway the warranty does not cover
malfunctions caused by improper use or maintenance (no regular
cleaning).
Q:What is the power consumption of this pet water fountain ?
A:This fountain use an ultra-low power consumption pump,its
average power consumption is only 1W.It means consume only 1
degree of electricity for almost one month of countinous use ,and
consumes about 13 degree per year.
Q:How do I know when I need to refill water?
