Usage of the Paperfox EEVV-3 electric edge protector cutter
The Paperfox EEVV-3 electric edge protector cutter should be placed on a flat surface.
Connect the device to a 230V 50Hz single phase connector with protection earth connection.
Check the emergency stop switch if it is in the normal operating position. (You can release the
emergency stop switch by turning its head clockwise)
Check the safety cower if it is in closed position.
If you want to cut the edge protector profiles automatically, then release the fixing screw of the
bumper, adjust the bumper into the proper position and fix the screw again. Check the connector
on the photosensor cable if it is plugged in the device.
If you want to operate the device with a foot pedal, then connect it to the device.
Turn on the main switch.
Insert an edge protector cardboard profile into the device and post it gently to the bumper.
The device cuts the profile automatically. The bumper also moves during the cutting process to
prevent the profile from jam.
Replacing the blades
The cutting blades are subject to wear so they should be replaced.
