(1) Slide Rear Parts, Spring and Protec � on
Sleeve onto the ribbon fi ber.
(2) Set ribbon fi ber on Fiber holder.
(3) Remove Coa � ng (JR-6)

and blade regularly
(5) Cleave the fi ber (FC-6M)

(6) Set fi ber holder on the splicer

(7) Pick up MT STUB and set the stub on the plas � c holder. (8) Set stub holder on the splicer
(right side).
(9) Fusion Splice.
(10) Slide the sleeve to
the holder.
(12) Pick up the spliced fi ber.

(13) Slide Protec � on Sleeve to
MT STUB.
(14) Set Sleeve into the heater.
(15) Con fi rm the posi � on before hea � ng.
(16) Heat Protec � on Sleeve.
(17) Remove Dummy Cap.

(18) Put Front Housing.

Then perform the arc test
according to the instruc � on.

Please check fi ber type
inside the fi eld fi ber.
If the posi � on of the fi ber is
wrong, set the fi ber or stub again.
