6. IMPORTANT: DETAILS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
WARNING: Fluorescent strips, LEDs or strips of LEDs must be changed by an official
Pando technical service, as it involves handling internal electrical parts and the user is
not authorised to tamper with these.
a) Make sure the device is disconnected from the electrical power supply.
b) Remove the steel panel by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. Replace the fluorescent strip
or the strip of LEDs with a new one of the same model as the original (3.5W, 7W, 14W, 21W or 28W
depending on the model).
c) Reconnect the appliance to the mains power supply.

• P-496: Only suitable for compact hobs 60 or 70cm in width.
• P-497/ 90: Only suitable for compact hobs 60 or 70cm in width.
• P-497/ 120: Only suitable for compact hobs up to 90cm in width.
• P-797: Only suitable for compact hobs up to 35cm deep.
• P-803: Only suitable for compact hobs 60 or 70cm in width.
• I-402/ 90: Only suitable for compact hobs 60 or 70cm in width.
• I-402/ 120: Only suitable for compact hobs up to 90cm in width.
• I-496: Only suitable for compact hobs 60 or 70cm in width.

CEILING HOODS:
• Access must be provided for at the side of the hood where the flue is to be connected before closing up
the false ceiling.
• The ceiling on which the hood is mounted must be completely smooth, with no unevenness or
difference in level of any kind.
• For these models to work properly, ventilation grilles must be fitted towards the bottom of one wall in
the room in order to let enough air in constantly for the power rating chosen.
• The maximum distance from FLOOR to FALSE CEILING must not be more than 2.50m.
