Troubleshooting
Check the following before requesting repair.
Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution, a problem is not described
below, or a problem is concerned with installation work.
Is the power plug properly connected to the outlet?
The power cannot be turned on.
"NO SIGNAL" appears in the
center of the screen, and no
image is displayed.
"OUT OF RANGE" appears in
the center of the screen, and no
image is displayed.
The display position is not prop-
er.
No response is observed when
the buttons on the front panel
are pressed.
The screen is completely dark,
and nothing can be viewed.
The screen is dim.

Is the power cord fully inserted into the power input jack?

Are the cables properly inserted into the connectors?

Are the cables connected to the signal-type-compatible input
connectors?

When the PC input signal is not compliant with the specifications
of this monitor, no image is displayed.

Check the specifications of the connected PC.

Perform automatic adjustment in the screen setup menu. If the
display position is not properly adjusted, perform manual adjust-
ment.
• Press the reset switch to restart this monitor.
• Check the cables are properly inserted into the connectors.

When the power indicator lights orange, the ECO mode is active.
Press the
D
button to deactivate the ECO mode.
