Method of Using Settings Menus
The method of using the settings menus is described here.
Operation procedure

The selection screen of the settings menu is displayed.

Settings are made for the selected menu
The method of operation differs depending on the menu. For
details, refer to the descriptions of the selected menu.

• If a wrong number is input during the setting,
delete the number by pressing
.

The display returns to the operation screen.
Depending on the menu function, it will only be possible for
an administrator to execute the operations.
When the logged-in user is not an administrator, before the
execution screen of the menu function is displayed (Step 3),
it is necessary to input the administrator ID and password in
that sequence.

Enter the administrator ID using the numeric
buttons
The administrator ID that has been input is displayed on the
screen.

The password input screen is displayed.

Enter the administrator password using the numeric
buttons
The digits of the password that have been input are
displayed as asterisks “
＊
”.

The execution screen of the menu function is displayed.
When a wrong administrator ID or password has been input,
the blinking message "invalid" will be displayed for a few
seconds, and then the display returns to the menu function
selection screen. Input again the correct administrator ID
and password.
