Notes:
・ In this mode, the network transmission rate of ports 1-8 is 10M,
and the network transmission rate of the UPLINK is 10M/100M.
・ Ports 1-8 and the UPLINK port can communicate with each other.
・ Ports 1-8 can be connected to the intelligent terminal machine or
the network outdoor unit， and provide simple PoE power supply.
