The wiring between the main monitor and extension monitor is not
connected.
→ Check the wiring connections.

The registration number used for the extension monitor is different on
the main monitor and extension monitor.
→ Use the same registration number on the main monitor and
extension monitor.

2 extension monitors are using the same registration number.
→ Cancel 1 of the extension monitors so that it becomes a main
monitor again and then re-register it with a different registration
number.

Power is not connected to the extension monitor.
→ Connect power to the extension monitor.

The sub monitor or extension monitor has not been registered on the
main monitor.

→ Move the sub monitor closer to the main monitor or to an area that
does not have any obstructions.

sub monitor closer to the main monitor and try registering again.
