Touch[(Start)]-[All Programs]-[ELAN]-[Touch Screen Control Panel]
(Windows 8.1)
Swipe up from the center of the start screen.
Touch "Touch Screen Control Panel" in "ELAN" menu.
If “The firmware version is older and cannot run the application program” message
appears, update the touch screen by the touch screen update program released
separately.

When incorrect touch action occurs with the external display connected, enabling
“Enable external display mode” may improve the incorrect action.
(Enabling this setting when the external display is not connected may cause lower
sensitivity)
(3)
Changing sensitivity by touching [+] / [-] of Touch Sensitivity may improve incorrect
touch action.
(Since big change may worsen incorrect action and make touch screen inoperable,
change sensitivity step by step.)
