Basic Operations

Loading Documents

In general, your machine will send any A4, Letter or Legal size document printed on high quality paper.
The illustrations below are provided as a quick reference only. There are many "name" and "generic" brands
of paper available, we recommend that you test various media thoroughly to find one that meets your needs.

Never try to send documents that are:

To transmit these kinds of documents, make a photocopy first and then transmit the copy instead.
