1. Unlock the CD Cabinet Lock on the bottom side,
and then without releasing it, slide and remove the
Drive Unit.
18. Removing the LED PCB
1. Disconnect the connector CN1005.
2. Remove the two screws <N> and remove the LED
Card Hold Plate.
Screw <N> : DXHM0009WB
3. Disconnect the connector CN18 and remove the LED
PCB.

(FDD, Combo Drive, DVD
Multi Drive) 19. Removing the MDC Modem
1. Remove the screw <P> and remove the Hinge
Support (L).
Screw <P> : DXHM0009WB
2. Disconnect the connector CN1004 and peel off the
tape.
3. Remove the two screws <Q> and remove the MDC
Modem from the connector CN34 of the Main PCB.
Screw <Q> : DFHE5122YA
