7 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
7.1.
Remove the Back cover
1. See Service Hint (Section 3)
7.2.
Remove the P-Board
Caution:
To remove P.C.B. wait 1 minute after power was off for dis-
charge from electrolysis capacitors.
1. Unlock the cable clampers to free the cable.
2. Disconnect the connectors (P2, P6, P7, P9, P11, P12 and
P25).
3. Remove the screws (

) and remove the P-Board
unit.
4. Remove the screws (

) on the back side.
5. Disconnect the connectors (P51-P52, P53-P54 and P55-
P56).
6. Remove the screws (

7. Remove the molding props (

6 ).
8. Remove the P(Multi)-Board.
9. Remove the molding props (
×
6 ).
10. Remove the P(Sus)-Board.
Note:
When assembling the P(Multi)-Board and the P(Sus)-
Board, the position of each hole of the insulation sheets(A,
B, C, D) is set to the position of each hole of the P(Multi)-
Board and the P(Sus)-Board and then assemble them.
