Before requesting a repair

Be sure to unplug during repair.

Do not connect or disconnect
power plug by a wet hand.

Check out the following items and still the problem exists or abnormal sound, smell
or smoke is detected, immediately unplug and move the stored food to other refrigerator,
etc. and consult with the product distributor.

When contacting, also report the blinking error code.

Isn't it a power failure?
Wait until recovery of the power.
Isn't the power plug out of the
receptacle?
Insert the power plug securely to the base.
Hasn't the ground-fault
interrupter activated?
Turn the ground-fault interrupter ON.
Even after turning ON the ground-fault interrupter,
when it is automatically turned OFF, there is
possibility of current leak.
Does
not get
cool well
Isn't the temperature set high?
Check and set temperature again. (Please see Page 12)
Isn't the air inlet or outlet
blocked by food items?
Secure sufficient cold air passage.

Isn't the compartment packed
with too much food?
Leave appropriate spacing between food items for
good airflow.
Isn't the condenser filter
contaminated?
Clean the filter.

Isn't the door opened often or
kept open?
Long door opening time reduces freezing/
refrigerating efficiency.
Reduce the number of door openings and act
promptly.
Isn't the ambient temperature

Reduce ambient temperature by ventilation or
