Sequential Play with MP3 files 

Basic Play

Follow steps 1–6.

In step 2: Connect the stereo headphones to the [

] jack. (Plug in firmly.)

In step 5: The time until play starts depends on the number of files on the disc. If the unit cannot read the disc cor-

rectly (it is scratched or dirty or the unit is bumped), some files may be left unread or the disc may not be
read at all (“

)

” and “ERROR” appear).

If in Album mode, play stops after the last track in the album. If in Disc mode, play stops after the last track on the disc.

If the unit has been connected to the car audio system, adjust the volume level between 4 and 6 on the unit, then
adjust the volume level on the system.

You can only skip tracks in the current album
when in album mode.

During program play (page 6), these buttons are
used to skip forward or back through the pro-
grammed sequence of tracks.

During random play (page 6), the skip buttons
cannot be used to skip back to tracks that were
played previously in the random sequence.

If the disc is scratched or the condition of the recording is poor, some noise may occur or “ERROR” may be dis-
played before the unit goes to stop mode.
