Step 2 : Fix 1 screw to attach the TR Spring to the Heat Sink
Unit A.
Make sure it is well tighten to prevent overheat
Note : Use a blower to remove the minute particles that might
caused left on the TR Spring.
Step 3 : Solder the pins of the Audio Digital Amp IC (IC5200)
on the reverse side of the D-Amp P.C.B..
Caution : Before soldering, ensure all pins are properly seated
and no ‘floating’ of pins.
8.26. Replacement of Audio Digital
Amp IC (IC5300)

Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 6) of Item 8.3
•
Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 11) of Item 8.4
•
Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 8) of Item 8.22
Step 1 : Desolder pins of Audio Digital Amp IC (IC5300) on
reverse side of D-Amp P.C.B..
Step 2 : Remove 1 screw.
Step 3 : Remove TR Spring in the direction of arrow shown.
Step 4 : Remove Audio Digital Amp IC (IC5300) from the heat
sink unit A.
Caution : Avoid touching the Heat Sink Unit A during
replacement due to its hight temperature as it may lead to
injuries/shock.
8.26.1. Assembly of Audio Digital Amp IC
(IC5300)
Step 1 : Mount the Audio Digital Amp IC (IC5300) onto the D-
Amp P.C.B..
Caution : Ensure all pins are seated properly.
