[STEP 2. “NAVI” DATA BACK-UP]
PROCEDURE F.I.P. DISPLAY
Turn on the Service Mode.
1. Press FF and EJECT keys
/ simultaneously for more
than / 3 seconds.
Turn on the Service Mode 2.
2. Press FF and EJECT keys
in twice.
Turn on the Set-up mode.
3. Press the EJECT key for
more than 3 seconds.
Turn on the mode 6.
4. Press the CH UP key in 3
times.
Activate the Back-up.
5. Press the FF key for more
than 3 seconds.
(OK) “UP” is displayed when
the Back-up process has
been done successfully.
(NG) “31” is displayed when the
Back-up process has not
been done successfully.
(“31” is displayed mainly when the
connection failure and ROM failure of
VFK1493P occurred. Confirm them and try
again.)
[STEP 3. REPLACE THE IC6001 AND/OR B6001]
1. Disconnect the AC plug and replace the IC6001 and/or B6001. (Do
not make a short circuit between IC6001-pin 37 and other pins/
components.)
