Using the System Speed Dials
24 Key Panasonic System Telephone
Press the ‘Auto Dial’ key (without lifting handset).
Enter the first letter of the desired contact e.g.
for Joe Bloggs press the 5 key once to bring up a
J.
Scroll to desired name by using the silver
navigation arrows.
Press SP Phone or pick up the handset to call the
number.
8 Key System Telephone
Press the ‘Auto Dial’ key (without lifting handset).
Enter the first letter of the desired contact e.g.
for Joe Bloggs press the 5 key once to bring up a
J.
Scroll to desired name by using the volume
buttons.
Press SP Phone or pick up the handset to call the
number.
Basic or Cordless Telephone
Life your Handset or press the green button to
get dial tone.
Press * *.
Dial Location Code (000 –499).

Local Programming Mode
To enter local programming, press your ‘Program or Pause key’.
To exit local programming, Press your ‘Hold’ Key.
Once in Local Programming Mode:
To Store Flexible Buttons
External Numbers
Press the button you want to change.
Dial 2.
Dial 9.
Dial Telephone Number.
Press ‘Auto Dial/Store’ button.
Repeat for each button you want to change.
Extensions
Press the button you want to change. Dial 1.
Dial extension number.
Press ‘Auto Dial /Store’ button.
Repeat for each button you want to change.
