Cooling system, regulation and operation

Single-compressor cooling system.

Based on the verification of the temperature sensor in the cooling compartment is put and delete request for the refrigerated space.

Condition for the compressor

Prerequisite for the operation of the compressor at the time when the condition is set for the cooling of the cooling space. This con-
dition shall not apply if the compressor is locked due to the minimum tripping time is equal to 5 minutes.

Operation of fan

During defrost and door openning fan operation is prohibited.

defrost

Defrost is prohibited during Super Cool Mode.
Condition to start the defrost is completed after the last cooling cycle when the total operating time of the compressor reaches or
exceeds a certain time:
- 240 minutes at a setting of +9 °C
- Up to 360 minutes at a setting of +1 °C

The operating time of the compressor shall be measured again if the temperature at the sensor evaporator cooling chamber
r3 °C.

Defrost the evaporator cooling space is completed when the temperature sensor on the evaporator cooling chamber r4 °C.
Defrosting time is unconditionally terminated after 240 minutes.

Where, due to the conditions regulating the compressor operates continuously for 7 hours, shall be carried out off the compressor
and carry out the forced defrost the evaporator cooling space, which lasts until a temperature of +4 °C evaporator and defrost time
of 20 minutes.

adaptive cooling

Algorithm is adaptive cooling should on the basis of performance monitoring apparatus in a given time cycle, adapted to the opera-
tion of the apparatus so that the temperature of the food, despite the opening of doors and loading new food does not rise above the
optimum temperature for cooling. Adaptive cooling is only permitted when setting -16 °C. The function of the adaptive cooling appa-
ratus provides intensive cooling space before the expected intensive use of the appliance. Basis for adaptive functioning is time
Open cooling space. Adaptive control is carried out in accordance with the recorded pattern of apparatus-week cycle.
Pattern of consumption of the appliance is running updated according to the current use of the appliance.

Recording time Open is carried out at two-hourly intervals. For each two-hour interval recorded one record.
Together, the machine remembers the 84 records in 7 segments of 12 records. This figure corresponds to a one-week use of the
appliance. Adaptive regulation is carried out by lowering the temperature control according to the recorded expected use of the
apparatus. Given the expected total time of open doors in the next two-hour interval in the current two-hour interval shall be reduced
regulating temperature.

If you switch off the appliance from the mains voltage to current information on the expected use of the appliance lose. When you
turn on the appliance monitor the use of the appliance begin accumulating again.

To monitor the use of the apparatus records the parameter that is proportional to the total duration of the open door in a two-hour
interval.

In the current interval the appliance is regulating temperature is reduced in proportion to the stored expected use of the appliance in
the next interval.
