24 - Troubleshooting

Error Display

Error Display

What to do

Door is open

Make sure that the door is shut properly.

Close the door securely and press the Start button.

Unable to drain

Empty the water if the water container is full. (See page 18.)

Set the water drain hose properly. (See page 27-28.)

After the above procedures, turn the power on again and press 

the Start button.

Aberrant ambient 

temperature

Operate the appliance within an operating ambient temperature 

range (5 ºC - 35 ºC).

Distilled water 

shortage

Add distilled water because the amount is insufficient. 

(See page 12.)

When it is added to the specified amount, the beep sound is 

heard and the remaining time is displayed.

Inspection is required.

Pull out the power plug. Then, contact “Customer Service” and 

explain the displayed content (2-digit number after H).
