Hot water does
not flow out.

Has the automatic lock been engaged?
●
Press the
key.
Many symptoms are not actually problems with the unit that would require
repair. Check the following before calling us or asking for repairs.
The water is not
boiled.
●
Has the plug been disconnected?
●
Connect the plug.
The outside of the
main unit is hot.
●
Since the unit keeps water warm at a high temperature, if the room temperature is
very high, the outside of the main unit may reach about 55¡C. This is normal.
Hot water flows
out by itself.
●
Has water been added beyond the full pot mark?
●
Lower the water level.
The temperature
indication on the
liquid crystal
display changes
widely up or down.
●
The temperature indication can change widely when the plug is pulled during
heating.
When the lid is
opened and closed,
a clattering sound
can be heard.
●
This is the sound of the valve operating to prevent the outflow of hot water if the
jar pot should be toppled, and it is not a malfunction.
