3.1. HEADLIGHT BULB

3.1.1. Bulb Removal & Replacement

 1. Press in and lift at the same time on one side of the light

cover to release the locking tab, then remove cover and
light lens.

 2. Push in and turn the light bulb to remove. Replace with 15-

watt bayonet-base type light bulb.

 3. Replace the light cover and lens.

NOTE: Be sure red belt protector button extension is in
place and aligned in cover opening.

3.2. BELT

3.2.1. Belt Removal & Replacement

 1. Remove headlight cover and headlight lens (see Bulb

Removal & Replacement).

 2. Take out two (2) screws to remove nozzle cover.

 3. Grasp both sides of the cover and flex outward to release

the side tabs.

 4. Tilt the cover forward to free the front tabs.

 5. Carefully insert and twist a screwdriver between each brush

support and the base, to free the brush assembly.

 6. Lift the brush assembly to slide off the old belt.
