Replacement timing of blower filter
The blower filter should be replaced every 3000 hours; however, the replacement timing depends
largely on the installation environment and operational status of the printer.
Clogging of blower filter
If it is used as the board-vacuum source, the blower filter gets clogged early.
Cause of the failure of blower
If it is operating with the filter clogged, a temperature increase inside the blower will cause damage
to bearings and the like, resulting in the failure of the blower.
Judgment criterion for filter clogging
As the judgment criterion for the filter clogging, the amount of exhaust from the blower vent be-
comes less.
On the order of 5-m/s wind speed
Replacement of filter
If the filter is clogged, replace it with a new one immediately.
There is a possibility that only the cleaning may not eliminate the clogging; therefore, you are
recommended to replace it.
