How to Set Production Counter (In the case of LC48)

Set the number of boards

• Press ENTER  .

• Press 

 to move "-" to the

position of number which you want

to set it.

• Press  SET  to enlarge the

number, if it is over  9  it goes back

to  0  .

• If you finish setting, press  RESET  .

If you UP the counter, OP will be represented and the production finish signal will be output.

When production finished, the red lamp turns on and the next process stop immediately.

If you want to restart the machine, press reset switch of the counter and then press the line

start switch which on the forward stoker operation panel.

Make sure that all of production process are stopped when you restart the machine.

"DOWN", keep pressing

 INPUT M  till "DOWN" is

represented.

• Press  RESET  .

• If you want to switch to the output

mode, press  OUTPUT H  .
