System Security
Description
Protects the VPS from unauthorised programming and/or use. By default, the System Manager and
Message Manager cannot access the VPS from their telephones until the System Administrator
enables the relevant settings and sets a password. The System Manager and Message Manager
always need to enter this password to access the VPS. The System Administrator can also choose
to set a default password for subscribers' mailboxes. If this setting is enabled, a default password is
automatically assigned when mailboxes are created.

System Backup/Restore
Description
Allows the System Administrator to back up or restore the following data as individual files: Program,
System Parameters, System Prompts, Mailbox Prompts, and Mailbox Messages.
Manual Backup
: performs the backup of the specified data. Backup data can be saved as a file.
Schedule Backup
: performs the backup of the specified data according to the preprogrammed
schedule (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly/specific date).
Backup History
: displays the backup record (Description, Completion Status, Date & Time, and Total
Elapsed Time).
Restoration of Backup Data
: restores the backup data as a specified type of file.

Description
Allows the PBX to set the time and date of the VPS automatically. Time Synchronisation occurs
during Auto Configuration and each time the PBX time and date setting is updated.
