You can lock the Call Directories to prevent other people from seeing the directory display.
When locked, "
DIRECTORY LOCK
" will be displayed after pressing the BOOK button.

Directory Lock Control
Lock or unlock the Call Directories.
When storing a name or message, enter the characters as follows.
The table below shows you the characters available for each key.
You can enter letters by pressing the alphanumeric keys on your
telephone.
Example: Key 2 can enter A, a, B, b, C or c.
•
To erase the each letter from the right, press the CLEAR button.
•
To move the cursor, press the # (to the left) or (to the right) button.
Press BOOK until
the desired directory
display appears.
