Button, Loop-CO (L-CO)
Description
All CO lines can be assigned to a flexible CO button on a proprietary telephone (PT). The
assigned button serves as a Loop-CO (L-CO) button. An incoming call on any CO line arrives
at the L-CO, unless there is an S-CO or G-CO button associated with the line or unless the
button is already in use. To make an outside call, the PT user can simply press the dedicated L-
CO button.
Conditions
•
No L-CO button is originally provided on a PT. A flexible CO button can be assigned as an
L-CO button in either System or Station Programming.
•
Pressing the L-CO button provides the same operation as entering the automatic line access
code.
•
Immediate, delayed, no ringing or no incoming call (disable) can be selected on an
extension-CO line basis.
•
The PT user can choose a desired ringer frequency for each L-CO button by System or
Station Programming.
