Budget management
Assigns the charge limitation of a call on an extension basis. If the pre-assigned limit is
reached, the extension user cannot make other calls until the manager clears the charge for
the extension or raises the charge limitation for the extension.

• The default is “0”. If the charge limitation is set to “0”, there are no restrictions.
• Be sure the handset is on the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off.
• To program, set the MEMORY switch on the proprietary telephone to “PROGRAM” or
press the PROGRAM button on a KX-T7300 series telephone.
• After programming, return the MEMORY switch to the “SET” position or press the
PROGRAM button on a KX-T7300 series telephone.
• The decimal place of the charge limitation is determined in 2.1 Telephone Features,
“Charge Indication (Manager only)”, Charge rate setting.
• To enter the extension number of jack
number 01, you can also press SP-PHONE
(NEXT) button.
