9.5 SD card
You can print files stored on an SD card and save files to
an SD card.
This unit supports the following commercially available
memory cards. These are referred to as SD cards in the
operating instructions.

SD Memory Card (up to 2 GB)

SDHC™ Memory Card (up to 32 GB)

miniSD™ Card (up to 2 GB) (adaptor required)
–
miniSDHC™ Card (up to 16 GB) (adaptor required)
–
microSD™ Card (up to 2 GB) (adaptor required)

microSDHC™ Card (up to 16 GB) (adaptor
required)
*1 Equipped with a write-protect switch that can prevent
data from being written to the card.
*2 First insert the card into the adaptor, and then insert
the adaptor into the SD card slot. The card adaptor is
equipped with a write-protect switch that can prevent
data from being written to the card.

To ensure that the unit operates properly, we
recommend the use of Panasonic SD cards.
Important:

Do not remove the SD card or turn the power
switch off while reading or writing data to avoid
damage to the data.

Be sure to make a backup copy of the data.
L
We are not responsible for any damages incurred
to your SD card resulting from corrupted, or lost
data.

When the write-protect switch is in the lock
position, it is not possible to write data to the
card. Be sure that the switch is unlocked (

ensure correct operation.
Note:

Confirm the SD card icon and the SD card access
icon on the display (page 10). If the SD access icon
is green, the SD card is working correctly.

An SD card is not supplied. Please purchase a
supported SD card.

The access speed may be slightly different
depending on the kind of SD card.

9.5.1 Inserting an SD card
Insert the SD card (

) with the labelled surface facing
upward into the SD card slot (

9.5.2 Removing an SD card

Push the SD card in (

Pull the SD card (

) straight out.
File folder in an SD card
When you save files into the SD card, the following folder
is made on the SD card.
SD:/PRIVATE/MEIGROUP/PCC/MFP/IMAGE/XXXXXX
(“XXXXXX” will vary depending on the unit.)
