Storing names and telephone numbers into the
directory
For rapid access to frequently dialled
numbers, the unit provides the navigator
directory (50 entries).

Enter the name, up to 10 characters
(see page 24 for instructions).

Helpful hint:

You can confirm the stored entries on the
display (page 31) or on the telephone
number list (page 88).
Note:

When the following is displayed in step 6,
you can store only 5 more entries.
SPACE=
5 DIRS.

If there is no space to store new entries,
the following is displayed in step 6. Erase
unnecessary entries (page 30).

A hyphen or a space entered in a
telephone number counts as two digits.
