Turning the answering
system on/off

When the answering system is turned
on, the ANSWER ON indicator lights
and the unit announces the greeting
message. If less than 3 minutes of
recording time is available, the unit will
announce the remaining recording time.

When the answering system is turned
off, the ANSWER ON indicator turns off.
If you have new messages, the unit will
play the new messages.
Screening your calls
While a caller is leaving a message, you
can listen to the call through the base unit’s
speaker. To adjust the speaker volume,
press
{V}
or
{^}
repeatedly.
You can answer the call by lifting the
handset or pressing
