4. GN07: Unscrew the screws that secure the cover
GN10/12/15: Unscrew the screws that secure the metal cover on the
optional interface area
5. Remove the cover and put it aside
6. Locate the DIP switches in the unit
7. By use of an insulated thin tool (e. g. screwdriver or a stylus) set the DIP
switches to the up (for ON) or down (for OFF) position corresponding to the
port configuration required
The default port configuration is RS485 2-channel mode (see page 23) with
timeout.

8. Put the cover back on
9. When the cover is firmly in place, fasten the screws
