Put the massage ball on the part where you
want to massage.

Confirm massage ball position before use, face the massage
ball (upper) up, and align it to the parts you want to massage.
●
Use the unit on a chair whose backrest is immobile as far as
possible.
●
Sit as close as possible to the backrest, and straighten your
upper body slightly to draw your body to the unit as closely as
possible, in order to improve the effect of massage feeling.
Advice
When using the unit on your shoulder and
neck, it is recommended to align the massage
ball to the parts as shown in the below image.
