• TIME ZONE shows the time difference from Greenwich meantime
(GMT).

MST (Mountain Standard Time) = GMT –7
PST (Pacific Standard Time)
= GMT –8
AST (Alaska Standard Time)
= GMT –9
HST (Hawaii Standard Time)
